Martial arts classes in Southwark

Do you want to be able to defend yourself in a difficult situation? Do you want to attend one of our martial arts classes in Southwark? The Fighting Arts Organisation of Great Britain has self-defence martial arts classes in and around London, that are ideal for those wanting to lose weight, increase their confidence or fitness, or to learn self-defence.

The classes that we host are all self-defence based, and we do not cater for sports orientated martial arts. In the class you will learn the art of Kempo Jujitsu, a mixed martial art with elements of Karate, Judo, Aikido, Escrima and Kempo. This consists of punches, kicks, throws, locks and ground fighting, that you will find practical, effective and realistic.

The Fighting Arts Organisation of Great Britain does not host or participate in any sporting events, as we are focused on self-defence. We do host an annual Open Defence Seminar, where we invite world-class instructors from all areas of the world.

Our martial arts classes in Southwark are all instructed by Hanshi Peter Browne, a 9th Degree Black Belt. Peter first began his training in 1972, and has a vast range of experience in other forms of martial arts. He teaches martial arts and self-defence in Southwark, Newham, Pimlico and Woolwich, and you can find out more about the class times and dates on the Self Defence page.

All men, women and children aged 14 and above are welcome to participate in the classes, and we even offer a free trial for those who are skeptical. To redeem the Free Trial Session with The Fighting Arts Organisation of Great Britain, input all information into the form, and we’ll respond with an email of confirmation.
